Framework4.0默认阻止html提交，如果是3.0，网站设置会一直显示loading..
打开web.config找到
<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10240" executionTimeout="60" />
修改为
<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10240" executionTimeout="60" requestValidationMode="2.0"/>
如果没有<httpRuntime这行的话找到</system.web>，在这句前面加上
<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10240" executionTimeout="60" requestValidationMode="2.0"

我是这么解决的，分享下吧，可能对其他朋友有用，如果出现进后台以后，点“提交”按钮后会出现报错之类的，我是按下面方法做的：
1、先把IIS里ASP.NET调成2.0（我之前是4.0），再重启IIS；
2、重启完IIS后，删除目录内instal.lock这个文件；
3、重新进行PA系统安装，应该就可以了。
我是这么解决了。

我试了以后提示无法识别的属性“requestValidationMode”。请注意属性名称区分大小写。
