访问此资源的权限。

在开始菜单--〉运行--dcomcnfg->回车
或控制面板--〉管理工具--〉组件服务中

打开“组件服务”，找到“dcom配置”---〉“Microsoft word(或Microsoft excel)”--“属性”--“安全”
修改（添加）aspnet帐户的访问权限。

谢谢，但是打开后找不到 Microsoft word(或Microsoft excel) 这一项！:-|

对，没有安装，服务器除了IIS和mssql其他的没安装
