输入http://127.0.0.1/，出现以下情况是怎么回事。

出现这个错误原因好几种。
1、framework没有安装好，卸载了重装
2、iis的net属性那里没有选择2.0或以上版本。
3、iis中1.1和2.0混用一个进程池也会导致这个错误。
