楼上的朋友，这个问题我还没有解决，不过我用另一个方法了。
http://localhost/install/index.aspx
把里面的localhost 换成了自己的IP之后，就可以了。。。
你也试试吧。

我猜，是不是我电脑里的一些设置出问题了啊？ 关于“Localhost” 和 IP 关联方面的问题。
请大虾们给分析下吧！
