安装到第二步数据库配置时出错,我选的是access,结果点下一步时出错.出现下面的提示

你们官方一份详细的产品使用说明文档都没有.工作做的很不到位!

也是安装到第二步选的ACCESS 下一步就是下面的情况。。

严重同意！
企业有了产品后，只要不是像电信石油铁路那么牛的、不怕别人不买的，就应该好好地做服务和售后。我去咨询销售人员商业版，对方非常有高度，告诉我商业版不提供任何服务！！！连用三个！回答客户，真是让人叹为观止。商业版不提供任何服务，这种话她也说得出来，有没受过培训啊？？？

“您的域名”是指本计算机的ip地址，ip地址自己设置一下就行了
