好的谢谢。问题解决！
目录没有写权限导致的，安装时候需要修改web.config文件内容，所以没有写和修改权限就报错
主机电脑的话直接给everyone用户完全控制权限，虚拟主机找主机商给主机用户增加一个目录写和修改权限就可以了
