1、没有问题的栏目，打开http://localhost/index.aspx?lanmuid=61的时候他会自动跳转到第一个子栏目

2、有问题的栏目，打开http://localhost/index.aspx?lanmuid=62他不跳转到第一个子栏目http://localhost/index.aspx?lanmuid=62&sublanmuid=620，而是跳转到首页了。
